    It’s great how he dresses down the beeb talker. Isn’t he CLR James’ great nephew?

    The interviewer Fiona Armstrong is obviously seeing her job as a raw propagandist against the youth in the streets and ANY implication that they have justice on their side. All the talk of objective reporting in a free press? Just study closely the operations and obvious assumptions behind the performance here.

    And that point is not lost on viewers.

    Darcus though i’m sure he would hate the idea is a bit of a national treasure in the UK. His New Statesman articles deserved to be collected as in the main they were excellent

    The current UK situation does need a lot of analysis and this article is a useful start

    Nephew i think rather than great.

    Darcus is a bit of a national treasure and a first rate writer – didn’t know he wrote poetry will have to check it out

    The events of the last few weeks will need a lot of analysis. Can i recommend 2 interesting articles. i be keen to hear the views of others
